Billings-Harris, CSP, is coming to Michigan to ask "What is your inclusivity
quotient? How to remove barriers that block your message." Join her for this fun,
interactive, and non-judgmental session to help you enhance your inclusively
quotient so your passion and message can be fully received by everyone in your
audience. During this highly interactive session you will discover how to honor and
include your audience across ethnicity, gender, sexuality, age, religion, and
different abilities while maintaining your own authenticity. Leonora's session is
jam-packed with immediately applicable information and suggestions, including a
multi-page handout/reference guide. She will help you uncover habits that
unintentionally offend, and develop behaviors that include so you can enhance your
impact on today's audiences, and be invited back again and again.

Billings-Harris is the 2006-2007 president of the National Speakers Association.
One of only 517 Certified Speaking Professionals (CSP), Lenora Billings-Harris is an
internationally recognized speaker, multicultural diversity expert and author, with
more than 25 years of experience in the public and private sectors. Her
presentations assist clients in identifying diversity challenges and opportunities
within the organization, customizing initiatives in a fashion unique to the
organization, and incorporating diversity throughout their business models,
including it as a core business objective.

As president & founder of Excel Development Systems, Inc., she has worked with such
organizations as AT&T, Hewlett Packard, Safeway, Toyota, West Point, and FedEx;
providing professional education programs. In addition to having served as an
adjunct professor for Arizona State University, she is currently on the adjunct
faculty of University of North Carolina-Greensboro.

On a civic level, Billings-Harris has served many organizations including the
Phoenix Women\'s Commission, Arizona Women\'s Education and Employment and KTAR public
TV. She serves on the board of trustees of the Greensboro Day School and she is
immediate past president of Win-Win Resolutions, Inc. a non-profit organization in
North Carolina that uses interactive drama to teach diversity and conflict
resolution to students.
